APPLICATION GUIDE

GEL POLISH COLOUR APPLICATION GUIDE

PREPARATION

  1. Sanitize your and client’s hands.
  2. Gently push back and trim any excess cuticle skin. Oil free cuticle removers can be used.
  3. File nails into client’s requested shape.
  4. Carefully buff the nails from edge to edge with a fine 180 or 240 grit buffer.
  5. Remove any dust and oils from the nail plate by using pure acetone. 99% Isopropyl Alcohol can be used also followed by acetone.

APPLICATION

  1. Apply a thin layer of Base Coat/Rubber Base Coat and seal the free edge.
  2. Cure 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV lamp.
  3. Apply a thin layer of Gel Polish Colour and seal the free edge.
  4. Cure 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV lamp.
  5. Apply a slightly thicker second layer of Gel Polish Colour and seal the free edge.
  6. Cure 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV lamp.
  7. Apply a generous amount of Ultra Shine/Rubber Top Coat and seal the free edge.
  8. Cure for 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV.

 

SOAK OFF BUILDER GEL FOR STRENGTH APPLICATION GUIDE

PREPARATION

  1. Sanitize your and client’s hands.
  2. Gently push back and trim any excess cuticle skin. Oil free cuticle removers can be used.
  3. File nails into client’s requested shape and length.
  4. Carefully buff the nails from edge to edge with a fine 180 or 240 grit buffing block.
  5. Remove any dust and oils from the nail plate by using pure acetone. 99% Isopropyl Alcohol can be used also followed by acetone.

APPLICATION

  1. Apply a thin layer of Rubber Base Coat and seal the free edge.
  2. Cure 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV lamp.
  3. Apply a thin layer of Soak Off Builder Gel and seal the free edge.(This can be repeated 2-3 times).
  4. Cure 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV lamp.
  5. Remove tacky layer and apply a thin layer of Gel Polish Colour and seal the free edge.
  6. Cure 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV lamp.
  7. Apply a slightly thicker second layer of Gel Polish Colour and seal the free edge.
  8. Cure 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV lamp.
  9. Apply a generous amount of Ultra Shine Top Coat/Rubber Top Coat and seal the free edge.
  10. Cure 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV lamp.

     

    SOAK OFF BUILDER GEL NATURAL NAIL OVERLAY/SHORT EXTENSIONS APPLICATION GUIDE

    PREPARATION

    1. Sanitize your and client’s hands.
    2. Gently push back and trim any excess cuticle skin. Oil free cuticle removers can be used.
    3. File nails into client’s requested shape and length.
    4. Carefully buff the nails from edge to edge with a fine 180 or 240 grit buffing block/file.
    5. Remove any dust and oils from the nail plate by using pure acetone. 99% Isopropyl Alcohol can be used also followed by acetone.

    APPLICATION

    1. Apply a thin layer of Rubber Base Coat and seal the free edge.
    2. Cure 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV lamp.
    3. Apply a medium layer of Soak Off Builder Gel by leaving a little gap of about 1-2 mm from the cuticle area. Spread the product all over the nail in a circle motion by not flooding the edges, cuticle area and seal the free edge. Hold hand upside down for a few seconds as this helps to create an apex. You can repeat this step until required shape is achieved.
    4. Cure 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV lamp.
    5. Remove tacky layer with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol and file nails to refine the shape by concentrating on cuticle area and free edge with a 100/150 or 180 grit file.
    6. Remove dust with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol followed by acetone.
    7. Apply a thin layer of Ultra Shine Top Coat/Rubber Top Coat and seal the free edge.
    8. Cure 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV lamp.
    If nails to be finished with Gel Polish Colour follow “Gel Polish Colour Application Guide”.

                                                

    NAIL EXTENSIONS USING TIPS AND HARD GEL APPLICATION GUIDE

    PREPARATION

    1. Sanitize your and client’s hands.
    2. Gently push back and trim any excess cuticle skin. Oil free cuticle removers can be used.
    3. File nails into client’s requested shape and length with 150/150 grit file.
    4. Carefully buff the nails from edge to edge with a fine 100/180 or 240/240 grit Buffer.
    5. Remove any dust and oils from the nail plate by using pure acetone. 99% Isopropyl Alcohol can be used followed by acetone.
     

    APPLICATION

    1. Apply nail tips to natural nails. Make sure there is no bubbles between the nail and tip once applied.
    2. Cut, file and buff tips into required shape.
    3. Wipe the nails (avoiding tips) with pure acetone. 99% Isopropyl Alcohol can be used followed by acetone.
    4. Apply a thin layer of Rubber Base Coat and seal the free edge.
    5. Cure for 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV lamp.
    6. Apply a thin layer of Hard Gel and seal the free edge.
    7. Cure for 60 seconds/99 seconds on low heat mode LED or 2 minutes UV lamp.
    8. Apply a medium size bead of Hard Gel and place it in the center of the nail. Carefully spread the product all over the nail in circular motions and seal the free edge. Avoid thick build-up around the free edge and the cuticle area.  Turn the hand over to help create an apex if needed.
    9. Cure 60 seconds/99 seconds on low heat mode LED or 2 minutes UV lamp.
    10. Apply one more medium size bead of Hard Gel and place it in the center of the nail. Carefully spread the product all over the nail in circular motions and seal the free edge. Avoid thick build-up around the free edge and the cuticle area.  Turn the hand over to help create an apex if needed.
    11. Cure for 60 seconds/99 seconds on low heat mode LED or 2 minutes UV lamp.
    12. Remove the tacky layer with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol.
    13. Refine the surface of the nail by using 150/150 grit file.
    14. Shape and buff the nails to required shape using 150/150 grit file and 100/180 grit buffer.
    15. Apply a generous amount of Ultra Shine/Rubber Top Coat and seal the free edge.
    16. Cure for 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV lamp.
